Reservation and payment Policy
- The venue cost is R25 000.00 for weddings and large functions hosted on Fridays or Saturdays during 2023.
- The fee includes the venue plus tables and chairs for 200 people
For small events or special functions with merit 100pax or less, the cost can be reduced to R15 000.00. - The date is secured as soon as the venue deposit is made.
- The venue cost is R20 000.00 for weddings and large functions hosted on Sunday to Thursday during 2023.
- The fee includes the venue plus tables and chairs for 200 people
For small events or special functions with merit 100pax or less, the cost can be reduced to R10 000.00. - The date is secured as soon as the venue deposit is made.

All the food & beverage MUST be supplied by Brunfelsia Estate, as
It is a licenced premises.
A cash bar is available at R 6 000.00 per function
The meals would cost from R 200.00 to R 280.00 p/p, depending on the contents of the menu.
Children 3-11yrs (u/12 years) pay on average R 100.00 per person
Catering costs has to be paid 30 to 15 days before the function or wedding.
